Installation ​

This page explains how to install Eevee's mods using different methods.


📦 Mods ​

Requirements ​

Before installing any mod, make sure you have:

  • A compatible Minecraft version
  • A supported mod loader:
    • Fabric (recommended)
    • NeoForge / Forge (if supported)
  • Java installed

The easiest way to install mods.

1. Create an Instance ​

Open the Modrinth App → click "Create Instance" → select your Minecraft version and choose Fabric.

2. Add the Mod ​

  • Click "Add Content"
  • Search for the mod
  • Click Install on your desired version

3. Install Dependencies ​

Install Fabric API if the mod requires it.

4. Launch ​

Start the instance and play.

TIP

Recommended for most users — fastest and easiest setup.


📥 CurseForge App ​

Another simple launcher-based method.

1. Create a Profile ​

Open CurseForge → click "Create Custom Profile" → choose Minecraft version + Fabric.

2. Add the Mod ​

  • Click "Add More Content"
  • Search for the mod
  • Click Install

3. Install Dependencies ​

Install Fabric API if required.

4. Launch ​

Click Play to start Minecraft.


🧩 Manual Installation (Fabric) ​

Use this if you prefer installing mods yourself.

1. Install Fabric Loader ​

Download and install Fabric for your Minecraft version.

2. Install Fabric API ​

Required for most mods.

3. Add the Mod ​

  • Download the mod .jar file
  • Open your Minecraft folder
  • Go to the mods folder
  • Place the file inside

4. Launch ​

Start the Fabric profile from the launcher.

WARNING

Make sure all mods match your Minecraft version.


🖥️ Server Installation ​

1. Set Up Server ​

Install a Fabric or NeoForge server.

2. Add Mods ​

Place the mod .jar files into the server mods folder.

3. Start Server ​

Run the server and check the console for errors.

WARNING

Client-side mods will not work on servers.


❗ Common Issues ​

DANGER

Game crashes on launch

  • Incorrect Minecraft version
  • Missing dependencies (e.g. Fabric API)
  • Mod conflicts or incompatible mods

TIP

Check the logs folder for detailed error messages.
